Ist dies nicht ein Satz den wir alle schon mal in unserem Arbeitsalltag von uns gegeben haben, oder ihn zumindest von Kollegen geh?rt haben? Viele Pflegende f?hlen sich in ihrem Arbeitsalltag ?ber ein vertr?gliches Ma? hinaus belastet. Oftmals entsteht das Gef?hl, dass die Anforderungen steigen und die Bedingungen sich verschlechtern. Kommen dann noch akute Krisen oder private Probleme hinzu ist man schon auf dem besten Wege zur ?berforderung bzw. sogar zum 'ausbrennen'. In dieser Arbeit befasse ich mich mit der Thematik 'Arbeitsbelastung und Stress in der psychiatrischen Krankenpflege', weil es gerade in der Psychiatrie besonders belastende Situationen im pflegerischen Alltag gibt, die aus einem motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeiter, einen frustrierten und sich ?berfordert f?hlenden Mitarbeiter machen, der schnell andere Kollegen mit seinem '?berforderungsges?lze' mitrei?t. Im nachfolgenden m?chte ich zun?chst einige Begriffe erkl?ren, danach befasse ich mich mit den verschiedenen Arbeitsbelastungen der psychiatrischen Pflege, die Frage, was Stress eigentlich ist und wie viel gut und wie viel schlecht f?r jeden einzelnen ist, beantworte ich danach. Im weiteren Verlauf dieser Arbeit werde ich dann die Auswirkung der Belastungen auf unseren K?rper, Geist und unser Verhalten beleuchten. Den Burn-Out als m?gliche Folge anhaltender ?berbelastung stelle ich im Anschluss vor und am Ende berichte ich ?ber pr?ventive Ma?nahmen, damit es erst gar nicht zur ?berlastung kommt. Wichtig ist es mir auch zu verdeutlichen, dass es kein einheitliches L?sungsschema oder die ultimative Prophylaxe gegen die ?berforderung gibt. Aber es gibt Ma?nahmen, die einem helfen mit einer h?heren Arbeitsbelastung fertig zu werden. Stress l?sst sich in unserem Leben nicht vermeiden. Das soll er auch gar nicht.
